Momentum is accelerating, and property can't sit this out.

Total social spend reached $304M in FY25, up 18% on last year, with 71% of active members growing their spend. Expectations on social value are rising, and the organisations delivering have a competitive advantage.

Building trades a key spend category.

Spend on building trades reached $62M in FY25, up from $1.8M five years prior. Social enterprises are winning core procurement contracts, not just ancillary ones. They're ready for the scale and reliability your projects demand.

Mirvac and Green Connect are tackling waste and creating jobs.

Since 2020, Mirvac has worked with Green Connect, a certified social enterprise, to audit waste across its buildings and tenancies in New South Wales and the ACT. More than 41 audits have been completed so far, helping Mirvac recycle 66% of its operational waste in FY24 and progress toward its goal of zero waste to landfill by 2030.

The partnership has also created around 250 casual roles for refugees, young jobseekers and Indigenous Australians, and directed more than $250,000 in funding to Green Connect to support its growth.
