Tara Anderson is CEO of Social Traders, the national body for social enterprise and social performance in Australia. Her international career has spanned strategy, business development, innovation, marketing, social impact and cross-sector collaboration at executive and Board level. She holds an MBA and Masters in Social Innovation. She’s passionate about seeing more businesses embed purpose – to create a more equitable and sustainable world, for all of us.

Rebecca Green has more than 15 years' experience helping businesses embed positive social, environmental and cultural outcomes into their core operations. She specialises in stakeholder engagement, behaviour change and guiding organisations through meaningful transformation to build lasting impact. Rebecca's current focus is shifting perceptions of value and supporting business as a force for good.
