Grow Program Lead

I believe the way we respond to the misfortune of others speaks to who we are, our profound beliefs, and the life we want to leave for others. I’m driven to build a fairer and more equitable society for future generations and believe that the only way to reduce inequality is to change the systems at play.

Social enterprises are a vehicle for social innovation and can disrupt these complex systems to drive urgent systemic change. I work to support social enterprises to scale their operations, outcomes and impacts.

I have experience in Marketing and National Business roles across the motor industry, FMCG and grocery channels. My volunteer work drove my interest in business and innovation in the for-purpose sector.

I have a Bachelor of Business Marketing from RMIT University and participated in exchange programs at The University of Westminster and Brittany Universite in France. I have a Post Graduate Diploma from Swinburne University (the Centre for Social Impact) and will complete the Master of Social Impact in 2023. I was the 2022 recipient of the Dr. Christopher Baker Memorial Scholarship through the Centre of Social Impact. Since 2016, I’ve been the committee chair of Next Sense Blackburn.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past, present and emerging. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
