Certified social enterprise IPA Personnel have hosted a number of social enterprise showcases across Australia, supporting our shared vision of a more inclusive and dynamic workforce.

As the world catches up to business for good, the expectation for businesses to prioritise social and sustainable practices continues to grow. IPA Personnel are leading the charge in this space, providing recruitment, talent hire, and human resources support services to contribute to a fairer and more equitable Australia.

Leading the charge

For over 35 years, IPA Personnel has been partnering with Australian employers of all sizes to deliver tailored solutions to meet their workforce needs. IPA Personnel commits 100% of their profits towards services that support people with disability and promote community inclusion.

Building connections for good

Recently, IPA Personnel hosted a series of Social Enterprise Showcases in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales, providing an exclusive opportunity for certified social enterprises to connect with our business and government members committed to driving positive community outcomes. The aim was to build lasting connections to drive organisational goals, with a shared focus on business for good.

“IPA were proud to host these events and have made some significant connections with big business who have a genuine desire to diversify their supply chain and really start doing business for good. It was wonderful to see such a commitment to the Social Enterprise sector and we found great value in educating many employers on the benefits of partnering with purpose driven enterprises.” - Brigid Fleming - Regional Manager, IPA Brisbane & NSW

The showcases were a huge success, with genuine connections made between buyers and certified social enterprises. The events were tailored to social enterprises providing services in recruitment, talent hire, and human resources support, making them an ideal space for IPA Personnel to showcase their robust and inclusive solution to an essential business function.

Thank you to our supporters

Certified social enterprise CQU University and business members Westpac Place and Brisbane City Council provided the space for these connections to thrive, helping to activate our members journeys as frontrunners in business for good. Attendees were inspired to explore new social procurement partnerships, and support purpose-driven enterprises. A huge thank you to all involved.

The Social Enterprise Showcases were a great opportunity to bring our community together to drive shared goals.
