Meet the five start-up social enterprise proposals taking part in the second ST Crunch accelerator program for 2017.

Over the next four months, ST Crunch entrepreneurs will test their social enterprise idea and build a business model for a sustainable social enterprise.

300-CNLC LifeHouse is a community café and cultural hub that will create employment pathways and opportunities for residents of the Carlton estate and foster greater connections within and across communities.



300-opencanvas Open Canvas empowers artists who have experienced homelessness or other adversity to exhibit and sell their art, craft and merchandise.

300-sisterworks SisterWorks is a non-profit social enterprise that supports migrant, asylum seeker and refugee women to develop a micro-business in craft and food in order to become financially independent and happily settled in Australia.



 300-youthforcauses Youth For Causes is an ecosystem of empowered young people discovering what’s possible through social enterprise. Our programs, workshops, immersions and networks equip young people with the knowledge, skills and passion they need to change the world.
