Social Traders has convened an Advisory Group that supports ST certification in the social procurement marketplace. The group will provide an independent third-party perspective on more complex applications of certification and generally provide advice to Social Traders on the evolution of certification in a changing marketplace for social enterprise.
We’re taking the opportunity to publicly welcome our Advisory Group members and thank them for their support to date. Both Keith Rovers from Minter Ellison and Michael de Soyza from Ernst & Young have been instrumental in the development of the ST certification framework. Last but not least, we also have Sean Barnes from the Akina Foundation, our sister organisation in New Zealand, who we have had ongoing collaborations with around our respective work in social procurement.
Each of the members brings valuable technical skills as well as genuine appreciation of social enterprises and the contributions they make.
Thank you for the commitment from our Advisory Group members – we know they’ll make a great contribution to ST certification.
