BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN SOCIAL ENTERPRISE AND BUYER DEMAND

With enormous commitment to Australia’s infrastructure spending by the Federal and many State Governments the opportunity for social enterprises to win work has never been better.

Social Traders has hosted the Social Enterprise Conference and Social Enterprise Awards since 2013 providing a unique platform for Australian social enterprise to grow, connect, learn and share.

This year the Social Enterprise Conference will operate over two days. Catering specifically for Social Traders buyer members and Social Traders certified social enterprises, Day 1 will focus on collaboration to address immediate social procurement challenges within the network.  The Social Enterprise Awards will be hosted on Day 1 as a Social Traders buyer member and ST certified community celebration between 5-7pm.

Open to prospective buyers and social enterprises wanting to become Social Traders certified, Day 2 will be open to those wanting to learn more about social enterprise and begin their social procurement journey.
