Executive Director, Social Procurement and Impact

I have a passion for social change and making a difference in the lives of others. As an advocate for social impact and procurement, I've seen first-hand through running a social enterprise how the investment from business and governments can make a significant difference to the lives of marginalised people and improve their opportunities for meaningful employment.

The social enterprise model is a commercially viable solution for a number of community, social and environmental issues and I am dedicated to championing social enterprise procurement to build a fairer and more equitable Australia. At Social Traders I oversee the Social Procurement & Impact directorate and I feel fortunate to be able to bring my experience, passion, and role together.

Born and raised in Gippsland in regional Victoria I have held senior management positions in large government, public and private funded organisations for over 24 years. Most recently, I spent close to five years as CEO of the Social Traders certified social enterprise, Latrobe Valley Enterprises.

I bring experience across a range of sectors including health, construction, government and waste. I pride myself on being a strategic leader and I’m excited to make social enterprise procurement the norm to create true and lasting impact for good.
