Join the Social Traders Team: Enterprise Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Development Manager to drive the development of a group of social enterprises involved in the Crunch program. The Crunch is Social Traders acceleration and incubation program for social enterprises.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Development, you will provide social enterprises in either start up or growth phase with business skills and networks required for their success.  You will also have responsibility for the broader operations and growth of the Crunch program through business mentor engagement and management, workshop management and facilitation, and program design.

You will be a strong coach and business advisor with strengths in facilitation, financial analysis and business strategy, likely gained either in a consulting environment or through directly operating a business or social enterprise.  A passion for, and experience in, social enterprise or small business will allow you to deliver innovative but practical strategies that build success in the enterprises. A strong alignment to Social Traders values of teamwork and collaboration, outcomes focus, innovative thinking, professional delivery, autonomy, openness and accountability will help to ensure your success in this role.
