Social Traders is delivering a fully funded program to develop the capacity of social enterprises supporting youth, to grow their trade revenue.

The Brian M Davis Charitable Foundation Grow Program will help 10 certified social enterprises with guidance and support to connect better with business and government buyers.

Participants

If you're a youth-focused social enterprise, certified or not, and you want to grow your revenue and impact, this program is for you.

Selection criteria

The social enterprise must have a social purpose focused on youth. A majority of the beneficiaries must be under 25 years of age.

The social enterprise must have identified growth as an organisational objective.

The social enterprise must have endorsement from their executive leadership team to participate in the program.

The social enterprise must have a senior team member available to participate in the program, including:

  • Attendance at 8 online or face-to-face sessions (16 hours total)
  • Follow up between sessions (max 2 hours)
  • Attendance at a trade show in Melbourne in September 2025

Is there an information session?

Yes, we will provide an overview of the program and answer any questions you may have. Join us for an online information session on 10 April 2025 at 11AM AEST.

How much time will this program take?

A senior staff member must be able to actively participate in the program from July 2025 to June 2026, including attendance at Social Traders Convene on 16 and 17 September 2025.

Can multiple people from our organisation join?

A maximum of two people from any organisation can join.

What if my social enterprise isn’t certified with Social Traders yet?

We will take you through the certification process as part of shortlisting.

What is the process after I submit my EOI?

After EOIs close on 30 April, Social Traders will create a shortlist of organisations, which will then be invited to meetings to discuss the opportunity. Notifications regarding the success of unsuccessful applications will be sent out by the end of May 2025.
