Real Time Learning in partnership with schools and industry introduces students to skilled artisans from fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.
RTL provides students with opportunities to deeply engage with learning they perceive to be meaningful and purposeful right now; learning that may well last a lifetime.
Examples of this but are not limited to include:
- Students working with real news crews to make documentaries.
- Students working in collaboration with engineers to better understand the role of systems control including robotics and coding.
- Students working with geneticists in the field to better understand the role of genetics, applications of genetics and gene technology.
RTL provides students with one day per week to explore real world solutions in depth that are aligned with a students’ personal interest.
Strong relationships are forged as students work collaboratively in small teams to learn skills in real time that address the needs of a learning community in the 21st Century.Back to Alumni
