The National Disability Insurance Scheme is changing the way Australia does disability care. From 2016, money will be given directly to people with disability (PWD) to choose and purchase the services they need.

But how do those brand new consumers decide which services are right for them?

With a one-off set-up fee and ongoing subscription, disability support organisations can respond to reviews, personalise their profile and access data to identify growth opportunities. Clickability holds them accountable, but it also helps them differentiate themselves and attract customers in the new competitive marketplace.

We launched our minimum viable product in Geelong in April 2015. We’re now expanding across Victoria and pre-selling subscriptions interstate.
