HoMie started out of curiosity in 2015, between 3 friends eager to break down the stigma associated with homelessness and those experiencing it rough on the streets.

The Social Outfit is a fashion label with a difference. Two Good Co.

Two Good Co. began ten years ago as an ad-hoc Kings Cross cook-out for the area’s less fortunate. Their road-side barbecue evolved into Australia’s first organic soup kitchen at Saint Canice’s in Kings Cross. Now, they run a ‘buy one give one’ social enterprise, for each meal sold they give an identical meal to a local women’s refuge for domestic violence survivors. Waverley Catering

Waverley Catering is one of Melbourne’s largest employers of adults living with disability. They are also an all time favourite social enterprise caterer. Waverley Catering expanded to produce gift boxes during COVID and are proud to offer them for Christmas 2020. They have partnered with Melbourne companies to curate a range of gift boxes full of popular products to delight your family, friends, neighbours, clients and colleagues. Wild Timor Coffee

Wild Timor Coffee beans are more than just coffee – each one represents support provided for a developing community. Wild Timor Coffee was founded in 2012 by four mates, all soldiers in the Australian Army who were deployed to Timor-Leste as peacekeepers. Together they formed Wild Timor Coffee to buy coffee beans directly from Timorese farmers, offering them a fair price and using the funds raised through roasting and selling the coffee, to invest in a range of social impact programs to support communities back in Timor-Leste. Who Gives a Crap

Who Gives A Crap was started with the knowledge that 2.4 billion people across the world do not have access to a toilet (now 2 billion – yay for progress!). Rebuild’s online store sells unique, custom-made woodwork pieces that are manufactured by participants of YMCA ReBuild, a social enterprise dedicated to rebuilding the lives of young people involved in, or who are at risk of being involved in, the criminal justice system. All proceeds are invested straight back into YMCA ReBuild enabling them to train, employ, mentor and build long term careers for more young people.
