
WORKSHOP: Developing a business plan for your social enterprise
Is this for me?
This workshop is for people who have a social enterprise or a social enterprise idea and want to prepare a business plan. It is particularly relevant for people who are at the sixth stage of The Builder ('pursuing').
This workshop is for anyone who has a social enterprise idea including those from the arts, education, employment creation organisations, environment, housing, health, children’s services, community development, the disability sector, regional development, neighbourhood houses, sport and recreation, and transport and all those looking to create community benefit.
Prerequisites: It is strongly advised that you have
- attended the marketing research and strategy workshop; and
- attended the organisational design and financial modelling workshop; or
- completed up to stage five ('designing') of The Builder.
How will it benefit me?
This workshop will focus on bringing together all the elements to form a cohesive business plan, taking into consideration the audience to whom you will be pitching your business plan.

Duration and Structure
