Social Traders offers a range of services designed to develop financially viable and effective social enterprises. These services include:

Social Traders works with organisations to define and solve social enterprise business problems, including: developing organisation strategy for social enterprise; assessing the feasibility of a social enterprise idea; business planning for a new social enterprise; planning for growth of an existing enterprise; and assisting new and growing social enterprises to access finance.
We also have expertise and capability consulting government to provide policy advice.
Consulting projects are scoped and costed in response to a client’s brief. Rates range from $900 to $1,500/day* subject to complexity.
Social Traders has in-house specialists who are highly experienced in all aspects of social enterprise business strategy and management. Through our coaching service, these experts work with you to identify the areas of your social enterprise that need attention and help you to find solutions and build your skills and capacity.
Coaching is delivered through three different packages:
• On-request business coaching and consulting: $125/hour* – delivered, billed and charged per hour, with no minimum number of hours;
• Package of 10-days per year: $8,500* – delivered, billed and charged in blocks of no less than half-a-day;
• Package of 20 days per year: $16,000* – delivered, billed and charged in blocks of no less than half-a-day.
Social Traders can provide an independent and full review of your business plan. This service can be particularly useful for people wanting to submit their plan for philanthropic funding or social financing. We will review your plan, provide you with face-to-face feedback and, if you wish, prepare a written summary of our assessment. This service is charged at $125/hour*.
