Building Social Enterprise Trading Turnover (BSETT)
BSETT is an 18 month project that will support six-eight social enterprises to overcome barriers to market growth. BSETT has been developed by Social Traders and partners in response to the challenges faced by social enterprises in growing their markets and increasing their turnover.

Building Social Enterprise Trading Turnover - Project Manager
The position will deliver the Building Social Enterprise Trading Turnover (BSETT) project working with a small team and reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager.
Specialist skills, knowledge and experience required including:
- Strategic thinking and high level analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes
- Understanding of and commitment to social enterprise and community empowerment
- Experience and success in business development roles
- Experience in small business or NGO management
- Experience in the social enterprise sector
