Developed by a small team led by Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) with input from the Co-operative Enterprise Project, the Registry of Co-operatives and the Australian Employee Ownership Association. The latest edition of Employee Buyouts sets out what an employee buy-out is, when a buy-out is appropriate and why a buy-out should be considered.
